Taiwan's had a lot of very successful small medium businesses. Many of their second generation grew up or received education broad, and came back to Taiwan, well-educated, traveled, learned, and began their efforts in escalating or re-inventing the family business.

Yet it's never easy -- generation gaps lead to difficult communication, and many of the circumstances that created Taiwan's economic success no longer exist today.

Is there a formula for success to this endeavor?
